Ooh, I think I'm in love. :D

Well, the time of the year is here when even the most staunch resistors will allow the playing of Christmas music. :D My life this week has been pretty much consumed by Christmas music, as my choir, The Collegiate Singers, is holding Christmas concerts every night this week and a few of the daytimes too. :D But with all the old favorites coming out this month, I stumbled across a new favorite...yes, i'm completely revealing my extremely nerdy side, but here it is, (and i haven't heard all of them yet, but here are a few.... Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you..... (drum roll please...or at least the stomp of stormtrooper boots)....

Christmas in the Stars!

A Star Wars Christmas
(they got Anthony Daniels as the voice of 3PO!!)

Sleigh Ride - C3PO & R2D2

The Meaning Of Christmas - C3PO & R2D2

07 - Merry, Merry Christmas - Christmas In The Stars

Christmas - Bon Jovi

(That one actually had a young Jon Bon Jovi singing in the choir...yah, this is a rather old album)

A Christmas Sighting (Twas The Night Before Christmas) - C3PO & R2D2

Bells, Bells, Bells - C3PO & R2D2

(There's a few more at imeem if you look, Christmas in the Stars, or The Star Wars Christmas Album)

Vevy! That was awesome! :-D Lol! I know what you mean about Christmas music. We sing it at church, it's all over the radio, my job plays it, (although we mix it with our regular playlist, which is awesome, so I still hear Michael Buble) and I am also in Christmas choir.

I love Christmas music, though. It is familiar and full of Holiday meaning, and it makes you so happy to hear it after so long... sort of like seeing an old friend again. :-) (Although I did cheat, and listen to my favorite Christmas song in July, when nobody was around. :-p) But now that Thanksgiving is past, we can play it all we like! :-D

It's also a confident reminder that they can NEVER get rid of "Christmas." Just what would you do with Nat King Cole!??!
